About The Owner

Bob’s journey in the bartending world began with a deep appreciation for hospitality and mixology. He officially entered the industry by attending the Boston Bartenders School of America in 1991, a well-respected institution for developing top-notch bartending professionals. After completing his training and gaining a thorough understanding of drink recipes and mixology techniques, he bought into the New England franchise on Wayland Square, Providence, Rhode Island.

Bob’s school quickly grew in popularity, and by 1993, he expanded the business, relocating to a larger facility on Atwood Avenue, Johnston, RI, where he continued to shape and influence the bartending community. As the owner and instructor, Bob played a crucial role in training thousands of students, instilling in them the importance of proper technique, professionalism and passion for the art of bartending.

In July 2015, Bob sold the school to a colleague. Known for his expertise in both teaching and mixology, he has left an indelible mark on the bartending landscape, continuing to inspire and mentor new generations of bartenders. He not only provides top-tier training but also offers placement services for newly graduated bartenders. This allows establishments that are short on staff to quickly fill positions with professionals, who are well-trained, certified, and ready to serve safely and efficiently. Bob’s comprehensive approach to consulting makes him a valuable resource for businesses aiming to elevate their beverage programs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service
