This class is designed to act as a sommelier intro course and put your mind at ease, with regard to the vast world of wine. From the novice to perhaps, those that have some knowledge of the subject and looking for a thorough wine education course. We will walk you gently through tasting, analyzing & food pairings to heighten your senses.
This wine class is intended to be a light discussion in terms of educating you about wine everyone is consuming; it is highly probable you will need some understanding. Wine sales have now far exceeded beer sales in the USA. Should you have additional concerns after the class – we encourage you to call us.
With your tuition, we include a manual, a bottle of wine & wine opener.
We will be tasting grapes that perhaps you are not familiar with to enjoy. Come & join us in this sommelier intro course – you won’t regret it!
This is a 21+ wine class & is open to all comers. You do not need to have attended another wine education course or bartending classes at the academy. Enjoy!
